HEY APATHY! art show at Cambridge Galleries 2006. This show featured a collection of large scale artworks by Mike Parsons 2001-2006. This picture presents "THE APOCALYPSE" 2001 ,(left), and "THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE" 2004, (right) "THE APOCALYPSE"  was part of the first Hey Apathy! exhibition which consisted of never-ending cityscapes, faceless crowds, and these apocalyptic premonitions.Originally presented at O.C.A.D. march 2001."The BROOKLYN BRIDGE" is built of bones and blackness, a constant reminder of all the souls who have crossed it. In the right hand corner of the bridge a small headless self portrait can be seen strolling along.This drawing was part of the 2004 "THE CITY" installation but was sold in the studio and exhibited for the first time at the Cambridge show/
