Toronto Artwork at City Hall! Live black & white mural painting at Nathan Philips Square 2006. The annual Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition is coming up July 10-12 2009. Mike Parsons is going to create a gigantic live ink drawing at this years event! Three days of good weather (I hope), exciting artworks, and amazing crowds!
